By accessing or using MayQR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

MayQR provides QR code generation, customization, analytics, and management services. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature limits as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the service or generating spam QR codes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use MayQR to create QR codes that link to malicious, illegal, or harmful content. All destination URLs are verified through Google Web Risk, and we reserve the right to disable QR codes that violate this policy.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using MayQR, including custom QR code designs. The MayQR platform, brand, and technology are owned by Pathfinding Lab.

7. Limitation of Liability

MayQR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
